Wild Man Island by Will Hobbs

Wild Man Island is a wonderful book to read. It's about a boy who loves to kayak with his friends. He goes kayaking with a group of people to an island, close by where his dad died. When his camp goes to sleep he tries to find where his mom put the stone that he had made a long time ago. He finds the stone and tries to head back to camp, but a storm catches him when he is half-way to the island. The kayak crashes into an island far away. He has to survive in a forest that has bears and wolves. He gets across to another island and sees a wild man and some old buildings. The search group finds him and he makes it back home. I recommend this book to anybody that likes adventure books. It will make you want to keep turning the pages.
